Gentle Yoga: Wednesday, February 27

Yoga can help reduce stress, decrease osteoarthritis pain, and lower blood pressure. Join us to learn five easy to learn yoga poses that you can practice at home. This workshop will be presented by Terrie Daniels, senior fitness and wellness specialist at Brooke Grove Retirement Village. This free program will be from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm.
