Inter-Faith Film Festival on Wednesdays in January
/Our annual film festival offers movies with a religious, spiritual or ethical emphasis. Each film teaches us about ourselves and what it means to be faithful in today's world. Join us in Fellowship Hall at 1:00 pm on Wednesdays to view the movie and engage in thoughtful discussion afterwards. Bring your friends and neighbors. No tickets are required for these free movies.
Wednesday, January 10: All Saints is the true story of a pastor assigned to a tiny church with orders to close the church. He must choose between this assignment or providing hope to Burmese refugees new to the community. Rated PG, running time 1 hour and 48 minutes
Wednesday, January 17: The Case for Christ tells the true story of Lee Strobel, an avowed atheist and legal editor of the Chicago Tribune. Strobel utilizes his journalistic and legal training in an effort to debunk the claims of Christianity. Rated PG, running time 1 hour and 53 minutes
Wednesday, January 24: In A Question of Faith, three families find themselves at a crossroads, questioning their faith and the God that guides their lives. Rated PG, running time 1 hour and 44 minutes
Wednesday, January 31: Back by popular demand, The Shack is based on the New York Times best-selling novel. The movie takes us on a father's spiritual journey after suffering a family tragedy. Rated PG 13, running time 2 hours and 12 minutes
